Project Scenario
New substations, network extensions, industrial substations and packaged EPC scopes requiring coordinated MV equipment, transformer interfaces, LV distribution, drawings and inspection documents.
Typical Challenges
- Aligning SLD, BOQ and specification across disciplines
- Managing transformer, cable, protection, SCADA and civil interfaces
- Controlling deviations, drawing approval, FAT and handover documents
Typical Voltage
Common project classes include 10/11/12kV, 20/22/24kV and 33/35/36/40.5kV. The applicable equipment class is confirmed from the nominal voltage, highest system voltage, insulation level and project standard.
Recommended Equipment & Products
QCL-12, QCL-24 and QCL-40.5 GIS; XGN15-12 AIS RMU; YB-12 compact substation; project-specific LV distribution equipment.
Review QCL-12, QCL-24, QCL-40.5, XGN15-12 and YB-12.
Typical Configuration
Incoming and outgoing feeders, bus section, transformer protection, PT/metering, auxiliary supply and remote-control interfaces are configured from the approved SLD.
SLD, GA Drawing & Technical Clarification
Qiangchi reviews the SLD, BOQ and specification, prepares a project-specific configuration and coordinates GA drawings, interface details, component schedule and technical clarifications before production release.
Manufacturing, Testing & FAT
Manufacturing follows the approved documents. Inspection and routine testing are completed according to the applicable product and agreed requirements. Customer or third-party FAT witness scope can be confirmed in the inspection plan.
Packing, Delivery & Handover
Equipment is prepared for export handling according to cabinet size, destination and transport method. Packing list, shipping marks, agreed test records and technical documents are coordinated before dispatch. Lead time is confirmed according to configuration and quantity.
