Testing and Inspection Document Scope
Test documentation is supplied according to the ordered product, agreed inspection plan and contractual document list. We do not present a generic report as evidence for a different model or configuration.
Typical Factory Inspection Scope

FAT and Witnessing
Customer or third-party witnessing can be coordinated when included in the contract. The applicable procedure, acceptance criteria, schedule and report format must be confirmed for the specific order.

Test Report and FAT Document Requests
Available inspection records and test documents are matched to the product model, voltage class and agreed project scope. Qiangchi does not present a report as applicable to every configuration without technical confirmation.
For document review, provide the model, rated voltage, rated current, short-circuit duty and required standard. Project FAT records can cover visual inspection, wiring checks, mechanical operation, interlocks and agreed electrical tests.

Model-Specific Test Document Checklist
To prevent mismatched reports, every request is reviewed against the exact product model, rating and ordered configuration.
- QCL-12 / QCL-24: provide the SLD, functional units, rated current and short-circuit level.
- QCL-40.5: provide rated current, fault level, panel lineup and project document list.
- QCDL(VS1)-12: provide the 12 kV breaker configuration, 1250 A rating, control voltage and switchgear interface.
- YB-12 substation: provide transformer capacity, HV/LV configuration and inspection scope.
Requested tests, witness points and acceptance criteria must be agreed before production. Review the FAT process or send the project document list.
