Controlled Manufacturing Workflow

Technical Release

Confirm model, parameters, drawings and bill of materials.

Incoming Check

Verify key materials and components against the approved scope.

Assembly Control

Check workmanship, wiring, mechanical operation and interfaces.

Final Inspection

Complete applicable routine checks and document the agreed results.

Project Inspection Scope

Visual & Mechanical

Appearance, identification, dimensions, interlocks and operating checks as applicable.

Electrical Checks

Wiring, insulation, continuity and routine test items according to product and project scope.

Document Verification

Review datasheets, drawings, inspection records and packing identification.

Factory Overview

Qiangchi organizes production around approved drawings, bill of materials, inspection requirements and delivery milestones. Each project moves through documented preparation, assembly, wiring, testing and export packing stages.

Enclosure Manufacturing

Cabinet panels, doors, partitions and mounting interfaces are prepared and checked against the approved GA.

Copper Busbar Processing

Busbar cutting, forming, surface treatment, identification and connection preparation follow the released design.

Mechanical Assembly

Switching devices, mechanisms, interlocks, compartments and structural parts are assembled for the selected configuration.

Electrical Assembly

Component Installation

Primary and secondary components are installed according to the approved bill of materials and drawings.

Secondary Wiring

Control, protection, metering, indication and terminal wiring are completed and checked against the schematic.

Identification & Traceability

Panel, device, terminal and cable markings are coordinated with project drawings and packing records.

Routine Test and FAT Matrix

The final inspection and testing scope is defined by the applicable product standard, approved drawings, project specification and agreed inspection and test plan. The following matrix describes the normal control logic; exact test items remain project-specific.

StageTypical control pointsTypical records
Incoming inspectionComponent identity, ratings, quantity, visible condition and approved make where specifiedIncoming check or material verification record
Mechanical assemblyPanel alignment, doors, partitions, operating mechanisms, earthing parts and fastenersAssembly and visual inspection record
Busbar and primary circuitArrangement, connection, clearances, identification and torque control according to the approved designProcess inspection record
Secondary wiringWire numbering, terminal blocks, continuity, schematic correspondence and control-circuit functionsWiring and functional check record
Mechanical operationSwitching operation, indications, shutters or doors where applicable, key and mechanical interlocksMechanical operation checklist
Electrical routine testsApplicable insulation, main-circuit resistance, auxiliary-circuit, functional and protection checksRoutine test report according to agreed scope

FAT Workflow

  1. Plan: agree the inspection and test plan, witness points, participants and acceptance documents.
  2. Prepare: freeze approved SLD, GA, schematics, component schedule and project-specific test requirements.
  3. Inspect: complete visual, mechanical, wiring, interlock, functional and agreed electrical checks.
  4. Record: document results and identify any punch items without concealing deviations.
  5. Close: complete accepted corrections and issue the agreed records before shipment release.

Technical Handover Documents

The document package may include approved drawings, datasheets, component schedule, routine-test records, FAT records, packing list and operation information according to the contract scope. Certificates and type-test reports are supplied only where genuinely available and applicable to the agreed product.
